About The "Story Time Moms" Prison Ministry Founded by Dianne Marchman in 2004, the ministry is focused on the simple task of allowing imprisoned mothers tape record their voice reading bedtime stories and other personal messages in effort to to communicate and maintain some relationship with their children. Once the message is taped, the children's book, cassette, and tape recorder are mailed to the child so that they can not only bond with their estranged mother but can also gain a love for reading. If you are interested in being a part of this ministry, please consider the many ways that you can help out: spending time helping the women record their messages, donating books or cassette tapes for the ministry, or make a financial donation to the ministry. Thank you for your interest and prayers. How to get involved: If you would like more information about how you could help at the prison you can contact Elaine Wright at 813-610-4801. |
